Lesley Marshall

Lesley Marshall, originally from England, who has been a missionary to  Zimbabwe since 1984. She has lived at Montgomery Heights since 1989 and been the Resident Director since 1998. She has degrees in Education & Religious Education and a great deal of experience in counselling children and adults. She is also a gifted Bible teacher and the Senior Pastor of Voice of Triumph Community Church, a non-denominational church which meets at Montgomery Heights.

Fiona Bunford

Fiona Bunford, also originally from England, who has been a missionary to Zimbabwe  at Montgomery Heights since 2000. Fiona is a registered nurse and takes care of the health needs of all of the children and staff as well as overseeing the Special Care Baby Unit. Fiona assists Lesley with administration and covers for the houseparents when they are on leave. She is also an experienced counsellor and helps lead the children’s ministry in the church.

Danniel Ngwenya

Danniel Ngwenya, who has lived at Montgomery Heights since 1989 when he was just 2 years old (his parents are two of the longest serving staff members). After graduating with a degree in Theology and Pastoral Studies, Danniel returned to where his heart and vision lie. He is co-pastor of the church and together with his wife, Bridget, leads the Youth Work. Danniel also has a passion to reach the young people in the surrounding community through sporting activities, especially soccer and as part of this has helped raise up Montgomery F.C., which is part of the local social soccer league.

Bridget Ngwenya

Bridget married Danniel in 2014 and immediately picked up the vision for Montgomery Heights. She has a degree in Sociology and is a gifted interpreter. As well working alongside Danniel in the Youth Work, she assists with the leadership of the children’s ministry. Bridget also teaches the on-site Pre-school and is a very busy mother caring for their four sons who are also very much part of the Montgomery family.
